🏆 Competition Format & Merit System

🏊 Competitive Swimming Events

• All events will be conducted on a Heats-cum-Finals basis.
• If the number of entries is high, swimmers will qualify from heats to finals based on timing.
• Final merit positions (Gold, Silver & Bronze) will be decided based on final event results.
• If the number of entries is less, events may be conducted as Timed Finals / Time Trials, and merit will be decided on overall timings.

🐬 Fins Swimming Events USAI Format

• All fins swimming events will be conducted on a Time Trial / Heat Timing basis.
• Merit positions will be decided based on the best recorded timings from heats.
• No separate finals will be conducted unless decided by the organizing committee.

• The organizing committee reserves the right to modify the competition format depending on the number of entries, schedule, and event-management requirements.
